What is there not to like about focaccia bread! It is a nice versatile bread allowing you to tailor to work with the other dishes you are preparing. The classic being with rosemary, the one we have here has fresh rosemary along with some chopped garlic and Hawaiian red sea salt. A key characteristic is the dimples that are put in the surface prior to baking, nice spots for some olive oil!
